1. To enjoy free repair services, please submit our warranty card and original sales invoice copy for our goods, otherwise appropriate repair costs will be charged based on product status.

2. If free warranty period is expired or no any original invoice copy is submitted for your goods need to be repaired, appropriate repair costs will be charged based on product ststus.

3. Within product warranty period, warranty will not apply to the products if,
(A) Any explicit alternation or repair of product parts by persons other than our technican;
(B) It has been damaged through misuse, wrong power connection, malicious acts,
negligence, inflow of any liquid, accident or natural calamities.

4. To provide better customer services if there are any quality issue within 7 days after product purchase, you may replace your defective goods with another new & same goods from our retailers or customer services center.

5. Product valid warranty & repair time needed.

6. Repair time may be delayed for some specific reason.

7. Our technician will contact you when the goods repaired, customer may pick up the goods
within 3 months, otherwise the goods will be treated to be abandoned by customer and will
be shifted to other uses.

8. Our company reserves he rights to add/delete any warranty terms without any further notic.

Return Policy - For Overseas Customers

In order to arrange replacements or refund, Customers should return the damaged products with packing materials and purchase invoice to us for investigation. Items for refund must be shipped back to us with 30 days upon receipt of products.

After checked the returned damaged products and certifications, our company reserves the right to reject the exchange or refund request.

Please be reminded that we will not be responsible for any damage or lost of products occurred by postal failure.

Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.
